Battery Draining Fast

When am using my phone,the battey starts draining so fast that after every hour of use it is at 50% so am obliged to charge it and charging it every time can damage my battery!So please help me!!!

Nothing special every app has like 3%

If you're running enough apps (about 33), that adds up to 99% of your battery's capacity being drained in an hour.

I don't think so because apps are auto killed when the screen sleeps!Could it be a single app?
