Battery drop on restart

Anyone else's battery drop 6% from restarting?

Yup, mine did that since day 1 i received the tablet. But I only notice it if I fully charge the tablet and unplug usb and reboot. Once it reboots back, it always show ~92% full. I have sent the unit to Dell for repair and am waiting for them to send back the unit.
