Battery dying at odd %

So my battery lately had been dying randomly. Like I took a picture at 45% and it dyed. Then today started a game and walked out of the room while it started came in and my phone was off. I was at 61% and the battery was totally drained. I hate the fact if having to deleted games and apps. Is there a away to find out exactly what's dragging my battery down. Or app or something

If your battery really is dying that fast and the phone turns off then I would think the battery is failing.
