Battery getting worse

Looking st your screenshot your network signal is on 1 bar which could mean the phone's having to work harder to maintain connection.

However your stats are poor.

Can you run the phone's diagnostic tool in the Samsung Members App and or get to a Samsung Service Centre.
 
make sure your device has good connection (either use the Ookla speed test to check for connection speed/strength) or you can call up your carrier and check with them as well.
Even if you are on WiFi the phone will use data for some work loads, hence it can drain more battery to improve signal.
if you had an update just this past couple of days, then you should give up to a week of battery optimization. If the drain issue persists beyond a week then submit error report to samsung members app > get help > error report right after you see a large drain.

I ran the tool and everything looked fine
 
Today I was so busy that I barely had time to do much. The signal at work isn't good. I use an ATT hot spot to be able to use my data.

With a poor signal, is this normal battery loss? Still seems excessive to be only 2 hrs screen on time. Screenshot_20220210-162510_Device%20care.jpg

A poor signal will drain your battery period. It's the constant search for the signal draining the battery.
 
I wish I knew what was wrong...

The USB connected/disconnected keeps popping up and it's not plodded into anythingView attachment 341629

That's a hot mess... I'd factory reset it, set up as a new phone, and only install apps you truly need and use. If that doesn't fix it, it's probably time to contact Samsung. You might try turning off 5G if possible to see if that's your battery assassin... 5G for the most part seems to be a real battery destroyer, unless you're lucky enough to be in one of the select area's where it actually works.

Hot mess is the best description so far. I'm going to try to go in safe mode and see if there's any difference.
