I ran the tool and everything looked fineLooking st your screenshot your network signal is on 1 bar which could mean the phone's having to work harder to maintain connection.
However your stats are poor.
Can you run the phone's diagnostic tool in the Samsung Members App and or get to a Samsung Service Centre.
Today I was so busy that I barely had time to do much. The signal at work isn't good. I use an ATT hot spot to be able to use my data.

Hot mess is the best description so far. I'm going to try to go in safe mode and see if there's any difference.That's a hot mess... I'd factory reset it, set up as a new phone, and only install apps you truly need and use. If that doesn't fix it, it's probably time to contact Samsung. You might try turning off 5G if possible to see if that's your battery assassin... 5G for the most part seems to be a real battery destroyer, unless you're lucky enough to be in one of the select area's where it actually works.
