This started suddenly one month ago. There is no battery drain in other wifi locations, and no drain on 4G.
The battery drain occurs within 7-8 hours even when not using the phone, i.e., overnight, so the battery is completely dead unless I leave it on the charger overnight. This started one month ago. Could it be the provider?

I have read a section on this topic on this website but those solutions seem to apply to power loss everywhere. Again, this occurs only at home. Thank you in advance for any advice...

Welcome to Android Central! How's the cell signal in your house? If it's poor, that can drain battery, even when you're on wi-fi.

And also try turning on Airplane Mode, and then turning wi-fi back on after that. Airplane Mode will turn off the cell radio, but will allow you to use wi-fi, so if the poor cell signal is what's causing the drain, it should stop in Airplane Mode.
