"battery is disconnected " now wont turn on

having issue with phone. been happening once in a while but now wont turn on...
says "battery is disconnected". any thoughts before calling sprint>?

I dont know it happend to me so i just pulled it out,put it back in, and then put on the back. If that doesnt work call sprint

Same happened to mine, now I have an Ultra. Much better.
