Not sure what I'm doing but hope I keep doing it. 37hrs, 1hr screen on time and still have 70% left. When I am really using it it lasts all day and I'll have 5+hrs screen on time with 20-30% left.

No stock 5.1 from Verizon unlocked it rooted it and did the free hotspot tweak.

I imagine it's all relative - coming from the Nexus 5 it seems like I'm getting almost double the battery life (it's probably closer to a 50% increase) and I never have to charge it a second time, so I'm estatic. For someone coming from the Droid Maxx it probably feels like horrible battery life.
