Battery is stuck at 100% at all time

Hello,
I have a tablet "Onda" Vi30W AML8726-MX dual core (V2) with ANDROID 4.0.4 ICS.
The problem being that the battery icon level is stuck at 100% at all time. It is pretty annoying because I never know what's left on the battery.
I saw a handful of suggestions on the net but none of them seems to do the job. Hope someone has a real good fix. If you have one please let me know.

If your device is rooted, go to CWM or TWRP, I don't know what you useing, ant cleare battery stats and cash. But if you have not rooted, try to clear data, or you should try to use different battery app
