I've been reading articles dealing with battery drain issues. I have a t-mobile branded S24 ULTRA that I bought direct from Samsung. So far, I'm not experiencing any drain issues. Hope this continues, and any of you who are, get them resolved soon.

I haven't yet noticed different battery drain since recent updates, but I do note that it does drain significantly when significantly using it. I can't yet tell if it drains more than it should.

Whats a T-Mobile Branded phone involve if it comes directly from Samsung, not from T-Mobile?

Also, have you checked-out several of these types of help & support webpages? For example . . .

Edit . . . upon perusing further, those ↑ don't appear to specifically address the question or issue of whether or not the One UI 7 update – is causing a more rapid battery drain w/some phone models.

It's all over Reddit. People constantly complaining about horrible battery life after the One UI 7 update.

My S24+ is a little worse after the update. Depending on the use of the day, I might get 19 to 21 hours on a charge. I used to get more than 24 hours before the update.

I did clear the cache partition after the OS update, and again after the first security update.

Instagram was called out as a big drain on the battery, but I don't even have that on my phone.

I do use MS Teams a lot for work. That is understandably a decent drain on the battery. But I use it so irregularly now that it's hard to judge how a day will go. I now just plug in the charger when I get in the car to go home from work in the evening.

It does seem to be a little better in the past week, but again maybe I was on Teams a little less than usual.
