Battery Life Info??

Now that some of you have had your Evo for a few hours, please share with us what your battery life is like. Is it about what you expected, better or worse?

I dont think you will get the answer until tomorrow, since I am assuming that most batteries were less than 25% charged when initially turned on.

Two phones (including mine) at the RS had 25% or less when turned on.

Out the box I got two hrs. After one hr of charge it was almost at 50% Thats all I know

So far it seems to be pretty decent. I have seen some nice battery claims.

So any updates as to your battery life with the Evo? This is a big concern for me as I spend much of my day where a charger is unavailable, but would love to have the advantages in my work day that the Evo could offer.

Its been much better than my Pre was.

If you can't charge during the day, buy the 2 batteries plus charger (that charges a battery and the phone) and charge your phone and a battery at night and take both with you to work. That wil get you through the day with ease.

Mine is working out GREAT. With moderate texing / email / web apps and 4G turned off, im at 60% and its been on its own since 8:30 this morning, Battery life is great in my opinion, its going to get me through my days !

Its better than my 3GS, but not the 9700.
