That theory does not apply to new batteries. You're better off never running to zero. Charge as needed.

Here's just one of many articles that don't recommend letting the batteries go to zero:

Completely understandable and you do make a valid point. Gizmodo says something similar but also recommends a complete discharge once a month. I have never had an issue with any of my electronics utilizing my method therefore I'm not going to re-invent the wheel.

Normally while working I'll listen to music while keeping my phone on the charger.. Is it bad to keep the phone on the charge after its full?

My first full day of usage
It's all good.

I'm very satisfied with the battery life I've been getting. Nothing stellar, but definitely much better than I was expecting.

I don't have a screenshot of battery useage but yesterday was my first full day of being off all day without a charge. Left at 6:30, streamed Spotify for a 90 minute drive, occasionally on my phone throughout the afternoon, 90 min drive home streaming, and I still had just over 20% when I went to bed. Mind you that I passed out on the couch for a couple hours before heading to my actual bed, but still impressed with the overall battery life

I'm getting meh battery life right now I at 10 hours off the charger and 3 hours of screen on time with 34 percent left to me it's meh at best

These hours are great! Are these without all the optimizations, i.e. disabling bloatware apps, reducing screen resolution, disabling or reducing notifications?

Nope didnt do anything. 6hr 44mins is at max screen resolution. I didn't disable anything.. Theres basically no bloatware on it.. Basic samsung apps and 3 tmobile apps. I did uninstall the tmobile id app.
