Battery life worse after 4.1.2

My battery life seems to be cut down by a few hours. Usually I will be at 50% after 15 hours. Now I'm at 50% after only 12 hours! My android os and system seem to be unusually high. Anybody else have the same problem/ a fix for this?

I have also noticed a slow down after I got the update. I've also noticed that the rotation from portrait to landscape and back has slowed considerable as well, if anyone has any suggestions they are greatly appreciated

My battery life is better on 4.1.2. I did do a total reset after I got the update.

i dont let it get that far, but i think i could get 30+ hrs. i usually put it on charger around 18% and im already over 20 hrs at that point. also if im going to bed and im already under 50% then i charge it while i sleep

I haven't really noticed a change in my battery life, but mine too seems to lag now when changing from portrait to landscape mode. I get lag at other times too. Never had any lag at all before the update. It's really apparent when I'm trying to text.

I don't believe this is from the update though. I am on 4.1.1 still using a custom ROM and I have the rotation bug where it either takes forever, or it simply doesn't work at all.

Hi. I m having the same troubles with my note 2. The battery is draining after every 5 mins. And in 8 hrs olso it is getting only 50 percnt charge.
Its not been a yr also. Nd such troubles are coming. Plz help
.
