Battery lost 10 % of charge while in stand by mode.

Galaxy S3 charged to 100% then unplugged from charger. Do not have fetch mail, weather or anything else going on. I even went into each app to make sure the, Use data in background was turned off. Auto. Notifications are off. Battery/phone is still fairly new. Not sure why I have to physically choose each app and turn off the background useage.

Sorry forgot to include that. I came back 3 hours later and it was down by 10 %. It's never done that before.

S3 with the original battery? It may be time for a new one. See how it works over the next few days. (A good new battery [Anker] is only about $12 at Amazon.)

Thanks and I'm surprised that the battery may be shot already. Lol nothing lasts.
