Battery problem after deleting stats

I have read before about people haveing a problem with their battery dropping from 100% after fully charging to 90% within the first few minutes after removing from charger. Well I never had that problem until now. I decided to wipe my battery stats after upgrading my Kernel to Chads Kernel in hopes of getting batter battery life. Now I seem to have this problem with the initial drop of 10% after unplugging the charger. I am not sure though if its the kernel or the battery stat wipe. Has anyone else experienced this either after installing a new kernel or doing a battery stat wipe.

i wiped battery stats last night too after a full charge and encountered the same problem. kind of got me upset. but then i thought since i just wiped the stats it has to rewrite them. maybe it will slowly calibrate itself over time?

From my experience i have better battery life if i will bump charge my device till :as soon as i plug it back in it turns green automatically, then go in and reset my battery stats.
Bump charging = leave phone turned on and charge till green light comes on - then turn off phone and unplug and plug back in- charge again till green light comes on - then unplug your phone wait till the green light goes off and plug your phone back in till it turns green- continue this process till as soon as you plug it in the green light comes back on.
