Charging a battery in another cellphone

Hi all, a friend of mine has a problem with her damaged A5 (2017) USB-C port which now fails to get the charger connected ... Her battery has dropped to 8% and the phone is now useless !

I have an S22, so my question is, can I charge her battery in my phone (after having opened it, which I already did once) ?

Post edited as I had wrongfully written A17 phone instead of A5...

About all you could do would be if you are good with electrical work and can Jerry rig some way to connect it to an external charger, like an RC battery charger. But if you can do that, it may just be easier to replace the USB port.
