Battery problem,Galaxy Note Edge

[AC Question]

So as lately,my phone started to act really weird.The battery drains very fast,even shutting down at 40% or so.So i decided to change it,got a new battery,but i got another problem.Whenever i try to start the phone,it says 0% battery,and to plug the charger,but when i plug the charger,it says i have 35% or 40%,or 37%,everytime i take the battery out and put it back again it changes,any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Charge it up to 100%, then use it normally until it shuts off automatically due to low battery. Then charge up again to 100%. Does the problem persist after this?
