battery says its low...

so today i charge my phone to full, then about 5 hours later i look at my phone it it says i have 14% left. i shut the phone off and turned it back on then it went back to 74%. charged my phone to full a little while ago, then just now i look down at my phone 14% again, but now when i turn it off and on same thing, even though i just charged it to full... battery pull didn't fix it either. anyone else have this problem or any idea?

Mine did it once and I'm stock using the extended battery. Pulled battery and charged fully and hasn't done it since.

I'm running stock with an extended battery and I haven't had this problem.
