Battery Stats Keep Restarting

So for the past week or so I've been having problems with my S5 battery inaccuracy in the percentage, where I have been forced to restart my phone to refresh it and the percentage does change to 2-3% more. But what has happened every single time is that it resets the battery stats, like the screen on time, and the graph also shows nothing. Has anybody had this issue? I have the t-mobile version. How can I fix it, or is it time for a replacement?

Have you done a factory reset?

No, just wipe cache. I don't know where to save my stuff to Redownload it. I have a lot of music and pictures.

You have drop box is a good tool also Google drive is pretty good as well
