Battery Stuck at 1%

I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue with my phone’s battery for some time now, and I’m hoping someone here can help me understand or resolve it. Here’s a bit of background: my phone has fallen multiple times, and as a result, I’ve had the screen and battery replaced. The most recent fall caused the screen to shatter, so it was replaced again. However, after the last repair, I noticed that the battery was stuck at 1%. It doesn’t go up when charging, nor does it go down when in use — it just stays at 1%, yet the phone still lasts as if it's fully charged.

I’ve had the battery replaced again, then the motherboard as well, but the issue persists. I’ve factory-reset the phone and even tried discharging it fully multiple times, but nothing seems to help.

Has anyone here experienced something similar, or can offer any advice on what might be causing this issue? Could it be a deeper hardware problem? Is there any other method to reset the battery stats beyond what I've already tried? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to Android Central! Does this also happen in Safe Mode?

Safe Mode is pretty integral to Android. I've only encountered a few Chinese models that block it, for some unknown reason. Which phone do you have?
