battery stuck

Everytime I charge my phone to 100% the battery will drain super fast...after it stopped draining it will stuck on some random number...it will stuck at that number for a super long time...someone help me

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does the battery still last for a normal amount of time before automatically shutting off from low battery, or is the battery life significantly reduced? If the latter, then the battery is probably failing. If the phone has a removable battery, try a new or different battery. Otherwise, bring it to a repair shop.
