Battery Temperature?

My s7 edge have 36°c temperature normally and during charging its fluctuate 36°c to 40°c is it normal or can cause any issue for battery or mobile?

My T-Mobile S7 edge is siting at 24C right now. Of course it is doing nothing. Just sitting on my desk.

What i think right there is extreme winter

I believe I have been up to 32-33c while fast charging but not while in use.

And how much maximum temperature good for battery and this mobile?

Not sure. I think I would be concerned at 40c but that is just me.
