Battery Usage after Pie

What about replacing the 2016 Pixel XL battery and upgrading the Snapdragon chip to the chip in the Pixel 3? Is that possible? And how much would that cost?

Anyone else had battery drain on the odd occasion when the phone is powered off?
I had the phone at about 55% before I closed it down for the night, powered it on today and it's at 12%
Running stock 9 Feb update.

Oh wow.. after about 10 mins on a 2 amp charger it says it's back to 56%.. this phone doesn't charge that fast on this charger ever but then I've never let the phone get to 12% before.. surely it doesn't charge that fast when it's that low though.

Backup all photos and videos to Google Photos, back up all your Data to Google Drive including purchased music. And make sure all apps backup to Google. Always choose to back up.

Then do factory reset.
