BBC News App Problem (latest version)

I didn't notice this until after I downgraded back to 4.4.4 from 5.0.1. After installing the BBC News app from the Play Store I noticed I can't sort the topics.

I've uninstalled, re installed, rebooted, factory restore and nothing. It's still acting this way. Not sure what other things to try. Any help would be appreciated folks. Thanks!

There are two BBC News apps that I see available--did you try both?

From your thread title, I assume you're using the first one, since it has the most recent update. How about the other one?

I tried the worldwide edition since I'm in America. I did sideload the UK edition but didn't like it, plus none of the videos worked for it because of the regional restriction.

I don't get what I did different on this Note 4 because it worked fine on my Note 3.

Hi,
I have the BBC News Podcast APP and it was getting the 6 o clock news OK with my Samsung Galaxy 4S. When I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S6 with lollipop software the BBC New Podcast App IS much more comprehensive BUT it doesn't have the 6 o clock news podcast which I listen too in the US at about 3 pm (8 pm UK time). Where did it go? Can I manually add it to the application and if so how? Would appreciated someones help. Thanks

BBC iplayer doesn't work on Note 4 lollipop 5.01. That's how it is until a fix

BBC apps are not good. Their news is very biased also. Find a better news source?
That iPlayer issue has been going on for months and even affects Kit Kat users.
