If this is a question, a few more details would be helpful. How's the mobile data connection in general? Do other apps have any connection issues over mobile data? Have you tried clearing the BBM app cache? How about a reboot of the phone?

Right now it's working
I will Try clearing cache as well

It is possible that your service provider has blocked BBM from running on their network.

It works fine sometimes
It can't be the provider because it worked on my note 4 which my gf has now
