What info do I need to post off of rooted phone in order to get my Phone updated to the latest root my
Android 2.2
kernal is 2.6.32.17-gee557fd-htcv-kernal@and18-2#15
software 3.70.651.1

I'm unclear on your question. Since you're rooted, you should look for the latest version of the ROM you're running. If you're running the stock rooted ROM, you can get the latest rooted version here.

I used the RUU on the gingerbread update to go back to stock now nothing will update
