IMHO, for companies that provide not only a majority of the data services in Canada for our Note 3, but also control a majority of the 'traditional' broadcast media which they provide via streaming, Bell / Rogers / Telus provide truly awful - often unstable - apps to access their services.

They provide us our Note 3 with its great screen and remarkable computing power, but then show their own corporate disinterest in their subscribers (nothing new there, I grant you) - one can only hope they aren't serious when they wonder why the Netflix app and others gain users.
 
It's not that different in the US. Comcast apps have always been pretty clunky, although they have improved recently. Recruit as many of your friends as you can to send lots of emails to the developers!
