Best Android Tablet to use as "terminal"?

Hi, I have been scouring the web for an ideal android tablet that I can use as a terminal of sorts, that is use it for remote control of various things such as my XBMC and my home automation gizmos (via applications), and computers (via VNC or something similar); the other main useage of it would be for web browsing and reading so i don't need much memory and only enough computing heft to smoothly run applications, no games really, nor video (ok, video but via VNC, i'll let my server do the heavy lifting), and I don't see myself needing much in the way of storage.

So given the above needs can anyone suggest a suitable, hopefully sub $150, honeycomb tablet? Any suggestions would really be appreciated!
