Best app for personal financial management

I am looking for an app that can be synced across platforms( pc and android). Also, i was hoping it could be linked to my bank account so that it can categorize and analyze my expenses. Furthermore, it would be able to help me plan and budget my money in the case when I want to save money for a particular purpose in the future.

I don't think any of these apps can connect to your bank account and get data (except the one might be provided by your bank).
However, you can try using Expense IQ for managing your budget and expenses. It has some good UI and design as well as plenty of features.

QuickBooks does that. Connects to your bank account. Allows for categorization of your expenses. Has an app so you can access from phone and PC.
