I want to keep a copy of my resume on my nexus 10 so I can apply for jobs via my tablet instead of having to use my computer all the time. Is there an app or some way to store a copy of my resume on my tablet? I think there is, but I'm not sure which app or way its best for keeping docs here. Please help, all you smart people ;)

What format is your resume curretly saved in? If it is a .doc you can just copy it to the tablet and attatch it to any applicataions.

You may want to consider uploading it to Google Drive the saving it offline on the tablet.

My response was going to be very similar to Devlyn's. If you use Drive, you would have to download it to your PC, same as Dropbox. Otherwise you can save it in your tablet. Just create a file and drop a copy of it, so long as it is a Windows type file. Kingsoft has a Word processing program that is free for both PC and Android. I use that and it works well.

Thanks for the reply. It is a .docx file. I downloaded Google Drive so I think I'll try that. :-)

I haven't shared files through Drive. I would guess it works fine. If you need a program that allows editing (I am sorry, i just thought of this), I would again advise to download Kingsoft. Where other apps ask to pay for the feature, Kingsoft does it for free.

I agree with everyone who suggested Google Drive. I've gone all digital and keep all of my documents as PDF scans in Drive. If it's an important doc that I need constant access to I have it pinned to the device so it's available offline. Sharing is super easy using Google Drive, regardless of what device I happen to be using at the moment.

For when you need it or to print it and no network is handy I would use OfficeSuite Pro. It handles text and .rtf files in addition to MS.
