Best browser?

that doesnt really bother me tbh. is there an add-on for firefox mobile to get full screen mate?

Chrome or Firefox. although Firefox's support for flash along with feeling just as fast as Chrome has been slowly winning me over.

i actualy find firefox the fastest of all the browsers except Maxathon and Opera Mini which are a bit crap as browsers

I use Opera Mobile in desktop mode for my everyday browsing needs.

I use full-screen Dolphin in mobile mode to view Facebook, since their Android app sucks so bad.

i quit facebook a few months ago but the app used to frustrate me SO bleepin much lol its dire! i find opera mobile too slow (im on 3g)

Not sure. There aren't that many addons for firefox mobile (yet). I think its still growing and developing.

thanks man :) yeah i havent really seen any interesting add-ons but i hope it does get a lot of developer support

Am trying out ICS B+. It looks like it has a lot of promise but pinch-to-zoom is not working for me. That's fatal for now if I can't figure out what the issue is.

Thanks, Robrecht

Regarding ICSB+, what I've noticed about pinch to zoom is that you cannot pinch to zoom larger than your double tap zoom setting or default zoom setting.

The double tap setting is located in settings/accessibility. You set it as a percentage. That limits your max zoom.

You can also set a zoom default in settings/advanced/default zoom.

You can set zoom behavior pretty much any way you wish with those two settings.

Chrome. I usually use the stock one just because ... but Chrome is definitely better.

i want to try chrome, but the lack of the quick controls or whatever theyre called in the stock browser is really keeping me from using it. the quick controls make using a mobile browser soo much better.

i dont have any problems with the stock browser either since it syncs my bookmarks with chrome perfectly fine... getting tabs synched would be nice i guess, but i dont think it would really improve my life much since im typically looking at completely different things across devices.

Thanks for the explanation, but this still seems very weird. Double-tap to zoom seems to max out at 125 percent. Text reflow seems to only work sometimes. I'll keep playing with the settings.

I use chrome, as i dont to much heavy browsing works great for me all tabs and bookmarks sync across tha board

can i ask.. do Opera Mini browser's servers work in the US? thats a really good browser if u dont mind losing a few features, have a bad signal or need to cut down your data use. the servers condense and render the pages for u and send it to the phone in a much smaller size so its fast and uses way less mb
