2 different Best Buys near me told me that they received an email today saying that even though it's coming out through other vendors they are still not allowed to sell it.

Was just told by my local Best Buy that they would sell them the first day its released. Guy gave me a stock answer & wasn't aware of Verizon's announcement though.
