Best camera and video settings?

I'm just curious what most of you keep your camera and video settings at? For better performance I usually have them set high. No complaints just wondering what are best results. Thanks for any information I appreciate it.

I keep them both at the highest settings. I've also enabled RAW capture.

How do I enable raw capture and put the settings on "high.

Camera -> Camera Settings -> Picture

Set it to 4:3 (12M)

At the bottom select Save RAW and Jpeg files.

The camera will then save RAW files when you're in Pro mode. The downside is that when in Pro mode it saves to the phone and not to a microSD card.
