Best Case with Extended Battery

Here is someone who has the bestbuy case with a few pictures included for those that were curious.

Yeah the Rocketfish is junk. Even the bb employee said it was. It still had the nexus prime tag on it though

I also have the incipio and extended battery. It fits just fine. If you look along the back you can see the gap between the 2 cases is not as tight as with the stock battery in but you really have to look for it to see it. It still fits better then say a no name case you would buy at a dollar store for any other phone.

I will try to get a picture up after I drop my daughter off at school.

Ever get those pictures taken?

With regards to the extended battery: I don't have the extended battery, but I did grab the Verizon branded "Shell/Holster Combo with Kickstand". It's pretty good case; not quite like the Seidio cases I'm used to but pretty good. I can say that it fights tight, so it would not work with a larger battery. You might send Seidio an email and ask them. They are very quick to respond, and their cases/holsters are awesome.

And that is actually my cases. I really, really like their cases. Has anyone compared their new Nexus case to the others out there? I'm probably going to get it, but would love to see some feedback on that holster.

I used to love Seidio but the problem IMO is with their belt clips. They are huge when coming over the top of a device that when I used one with my BB I used to scuff my steering wheel all the time getting in and out of my car lol

I'm with you on Seidio. They can be hit or miss. I didn't like their surface extended case for the Thunderbolt. Frankly, it was terrible. Their surface cases for the Droid and Droid X, however, were excellent low-bulk cases. It looks like the surface case for the nexus will be like the one for the Droid X. I should have it in hand tomorrow.

I did take a look at the rocket fish case the other day. It wasn't that great. What really concerned me is the inside of the case scratching the phone. The Seidio one i have coming is supposedly lined to prevent the housing from getting scratches. The rocket fish case didnt have that. It did look like it would fit the extended battery, but without some kind of lining, it could scratch the phone. I'm waiting on some designed to fit that specifically.

yeah when I had my berry it was lined but people complained that the Dinc's didn't fit right and seidio at first was very rude addressing the issue and then finally corrected it.
I don't think their case would fit with the extended battery though.

Yes, everything works like it did with the stock battery, but some people are having issue with the Vol rocker, I do not have that issue but something to look at. If you are looking at this case

I am using the silicon case that the Verizon stores are selling. Fits fine with the extended battery.

I've got the Diztronic. I like the case, but it does indeed apply pressure to the volume rocker when used with the extended battery. I might just cut out that part of the case with an exacto.

Silicone cases fit. For hard cases. Take off the back cover and any case should fit fine.

I just received by extended battery and cover today and like the non-bulky look of it.
