Best Cases & Accessories for the Note 8

Re: Best Cases & Accessories for the Note 8

Do you and others with multiple cases really swap out of them and into another that often?

There are times I like a case to match an outfit or just to be able to change it out if I want. I usually switch out every day or every other day. Is there something wrong with wanting to dress up our phones?

I have three cases, one I don't like, a cheap Rinke one that doesn't have enough protection, a leather wallet one that I like for going out to dinner with family and visiting, when I know the wear and tear on the phone won't be too much. And the Caseology Legion that I usually have on it. I am still looking at cases. I like to see what's available and what looks both stylish and protective.

Nothing wrong with it. Just trying to understand and I can see your point of view. I guess I'm a one wallet, one pair of running shoes at-a-time kind of guy.

Ain't nothing wrong with that either:) my fiance teases me all the time lol:D He is the same way.

For those who don't want a screen protector that adheres...

I've just received this case which is surpisingly good! I personally prefer WhiteStone Dome but for those who don't want to spend that or have an adhesive screen protector, this is well worth a look!

Does it work with wireless charging? How's the sensitivity with pen and finger? And do the 'tiny dots' in their description change the look of the screen at all? Sorry for the barrage of questions but it's an interesting idea for a case. Thanks for posting the link.

I got this wallet style case from iPulse. It has a nice feel in the hand without a lot of bulkiness. It is somewhat slippery but overall easy to hold onto. Made with genuine leather too. I was thinking about a screen protector but with this case I might not need it. It is rather protective all around the phone and has magnetic clasps to keep it folded over the phone which I think would hold in a drop.

That's a lot of money in cases with the Defender and Tech 21. I never liked tech 21. Overpriced and too thin, not enough protection. The only one I ever liked was the Tactical XT for the Note 7 which they no longer have that line.

I had tech21 for my note 3 and 5 and they worked for me..

This is the first Note that I won't have a Tech 21 case for since the Note 3. Went with the Otterbox Defender this time around. I was very happy to hear about the screenless design this year.

I have the Tech 21wallet case. At full retail, the current price is ridiculous.

Overall, it's an excellent case though. Excellent protection without being bulky or thick. It also has a quality feel about it. The only minor gripes I have is that the buttons are slightly harder to press and the back attracts fingerprints.

It's not going to be hard to live with this case.

For the last two phones I had Seido cases. The bulk was so much greater with those phones that I feel like the whale sized Note 8 is actually easier to carry.

thank you. nice looking, but I think the drop protection is about equal to the Alcantara, which is none. I'm very careful too so not worried. :D
