Best cases for Google Pixel 2

Is anyone aware of a flip case for the XL. I'm thinking about one similar to the Samsung S View Cover.

There are several synthetic leather flip cases (none of em fancy or connected with display content) on Amazon. I ordered this cheapie myself:

Help. I'm deciding between an MNML or the google fabric cases. Since I'm going to have this my pixel 2 for at least 2 years, I really want to keep it safe. However, how much more protection do the fabric cases provide over an MNML/Peel case, if any?

Also, I was looking at the MNML website, and just a heads up: the clear black and white colors will have the google logo showing through, however the black matte one will not.

Here's the real question I have before going with one of these... Does anyone know how much of a camera bump the Pixel 2 XL has? Just wanting to know if these 0.35mm cases are thick enough to protect the raised ridge around the lens...

The Google Fabric case will definitely have more drop protection than the MNML case, but they also are a little thicker. The MNML and Peel cases will only provide scratch protection and not much, if any, drop protection. I recommend getting a screen protector if you buy one of them.

Received the leather case from Google store, they look and feel alright. For $50 I expected better and they don't feel premium like Apple leather case and other leather case.

Also, not full leather. Sides are plastic.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned it, but I like the Carved cases. I have the mountains one for the Pixel, and it has held up great.

Of all the links for cases I posted on XDA, it's the only one I've seen that has port hole covers. It's a rugged case unless there is another company that offers similar type cases.

Bummer. I have an Otterbox Commuter for my LG G4. Fantastic case and not too bulky. Wish they mad e a commuter for the 2 XL.

Recieved a Caseology Parallax and a Vault.

Comments:

Parallax looks great, particularly in blue/gold.

Feels a little "cardboardy". Hard to explain any other way. Edges are scored for grip which helps a little.

Vault looks good to, but only comes in black. Boring.

Matte back finish feels smoother than the parallax. Certainly not like a clear TPU, but 75% of the way there. Edges are smooth, and a little tackier to the touch than the Parallax
