Best cases for Google Pixel 2

I ordered the Tech 21 for the 2 XL and will keep my phone in that until the Black/Green Lifeproof comes out

It does look darn good! I asked them if they're going to make any of the "Monarch" series cases for the Pixel 2 XL and they referred me to tell them on the below page.

The more people we can get to go there and request a Monarch case, the better chance we'll have of it happening!

Thanks! I just send them an email asking if theyre going to make monarch for P2!

My Caseology case arrived today, now I just need my phone! Hopefully it ships in a few hours and gets here the first day of the estimate delivery date.

My Spigen Liquid Crystal case arrived today. Now if Google would hurry up and send me my phone already!!!IMG_20171016_204817.jpg

i've had a lumia 1020 for almost 4 years, and the speck has done ******* wonders. I trust this brand and if it came out again for pixel 2 this time, I'd consider it.

If anyone is interested in Otterbox or Incipio cases, this info might be helpful.

I just checked with them regarding the rigidity of the sides of their cases (OB Defender & I Dual Pro, and whether or not they would work with the Active Edge feature. Otterbox says all of their cases will work with it, though I'm dubious about the hard inner part of Defender cases. They also said that the extra top piece–where the screen protector is attached–shouldn't block the speakers.

With Incipio, I was mainly curious about the DualPro. The CS rep said that all of their cases should work with active edge except the Carnaby –He didn't know for sure that it wouldn't work with this case but he thought it might be difficult.

I also asked Incipio about the matte coating on the Dual Pro–there are numerous Amazon reviews of the Dual Pro for Moto Z Play mentioning or showing this coating wearing down and peeling away on the corners and other spots. I asked if the material had been changed to prevent this and he said he would check on it and let me know.

Just got my pixel 2 XL and tried the bellroy leather case from Google store. It's one of the worst cases I have ever used on a phone. Firs weird like it's side edges pop up all across the sides and looks weird. And deal breaker reaching the buttons is also bad. Returning mine immediately.

I ordered the Incipio carnaby case. It should work with the active edge. They are one of the companies that are working with Google.

How protective are they for drops?

I've dropped them a few times on hard tile at work and haven't had any issues with my 6P. It'll be my go-to case for my Pixel 2.

BTW, I talked to Carved's customer service and they said they expect their Pixel 2/2XL cases to start shipping first week of November.

Thanks. I've looked at those before and was always curious about drop protection & durability.

Just got this in the mail.
