Best cases for Google Pixel 2

I want a case with the same color scheme as the Panda color. :)

Also I want it to show the orange power button. :)

Just received this case as a slim shell offering placeholder till the Spigen comes out, which I'll get unless I find I love this one.

These are out of stock currently, but seem to be pretty nice for what they are. Matte finish, but not very grippy. Clean cutouts - including for the buttons, which I like.

looks decent but currently not available anymore

I was bummed when I didn't see Google offering the silicone cases they had for the 2016 Pixels. I loved those. They were a nice combination of soft but grippy. I'd have bought several colors of those if they had them for the Pixel 2 XL.

Sigh. Here we are again...time for a new shiny phone, but still nothing good in the way of pretty/designer cases. I'm having to order a black device because I can't stand that orange power button, and there is nothing thin, snap on, rose gold ...bling..at least we had a Kate Spade option for PXL.

Incipio has some reasonably blingy cases.

Well this is on my top list as far as my next case goes. Incipio carnaby case. I think it looks pretty nice....

I would have gone with the Google fabric cases but they don't cover the bottom completely. I'm also looking for a nice clear case with colorful options around the sides. Spigen doesn't have much choices on that department unfortunately.

This looks really neat. But at that price point I'd like to see some more pictures, especially one with a view from the front. Some product reviews would also be nice. Guess I'll keep my eye on this one for down the road.

You can see the reviews for the cases they made for the original pixels or the iPhone.

Speck just put Pixel 2 and XL 2 products on their website, available in a few weeks. I have the Presidio Grip and clear for my Pixel XL. I've got a half dozen cases and they are my favorites by far.

I ordered a Spigen Rugged Armor off Amazon that will be here day after tomorrow. It will get me by until Diztronic puts out their case, which is what I currently have on my Pixel. The Diztronic is pretty good if you just want a thin case for some grip. I had the Adopted case on my Nexus 6p and that had a texture molded into it to increase grip, it was really nice case.

I wonder how some companies have their cases available so fast and others (Like Cruzerlite) I am still waiting on??????

Yeah, I am checking Cruzerlite daily. I used to go without a case until the Nexus 5 when the camera jutted out and I grudgingly got a Cruzerlite TPU case. I loved it - love the feel, love how the phone buttons are exposed, etc. For the first time with the Pixel 2 I actually ordered a white phone so that the Cruzerlite color (orange) doesn't get distorted by the black phone color. So...I really hope Cruzerlite comes out before my phone is delivered. I unfortunately had a meeting during the start of pre-order so didn't get to order my phone until that evening so my delivery date is quite a bit later than most, but the silver lining to that is that there is more time for Cruzerlite to release their Pixel 2 cases!

EDIT: According to a post later in this thread and confirmed by me, Cruzerlite is out of business as of October 4th. S@!t

Curious about the Presidio Grip as I wouldn't mind a grippier phone, but it doesn't indicate its net dimensions to provide an idea of added bulk. I'm currently using Spigen Rugged Armor on my Pixel XL.
If you've tried the Rugged Armor, could you provide some insight as to how much bulk the Grip adds in comparison?

I may get cruzerlite later...ended up ordering ($7.99) this one , not available right now in red so got the mint green.
LK TPU mint green.

Spigen or Caseology have always been winners for me. I currently switch between the Spigen Neo hybrid and Caseology Paralax.

Not a fan of clear cases as they discolor too quickly for me.

Weird, I've used Ringke Fusion for the last three years on various phones and none of them discolored for me.
