Best cheap-o tablet?

My company has a Christmas tree full of little cards that kids in the local homeless shelters put their wishes on. We pull a card or two, buy the gift and the company brings the gifts to the kids.

The two cards I pulled were from teenage boys who both wanted a tablet. Both said there is one at Walmart for $49.99 (my guess is the shelter has asked them to keep requests under $50). One kid noted Kurio Tablet on his card. I can't seem to find this one (maybe a black Friday special?)

Bottom line: I want to buy two tablets for these kids but would prefer to not buy them pieces of junk.

Hisense Sero 7 LT is on sale at 1sale for $60. That is my current candidate. I found the Nextbook 7" at Walmart for $70 as candidate 2.

Anyone know of a decent $50ish tablet I could buy for these guys?

The sero 7 might be the best option. I want a sero 7 pro myself as my brother in law has one and it's really good for the price.
