Best Cloud-Based Grocery List?

I keep hoping someone develops an app that syncs with Google Tasks, but since that doesn't seem to be happening, I wonder if there's an alternative to Google Tasks that offers a S2 app? I just want to be able to keep a simple list that can have a hierarchical structure and that I can view on my PC, smartphone, and most especially Gear S2. easily.
Any suggestions?

You can also use apps like google keep, evernote, etc. as well.

When either of us adds/removes items a list (you can have multiple lists) on one device, it updates the other devices within a few seconds. Also visible on the PC by logging in to https://www.ourgroceries.com/sign-in?url=/your-lists/

Not sure about smartwatch support, though...

My Notes in Gear is probably the best way to have a list on your watch that automatically syncs with your phone. In my experience, S-Voice on the Gear S2 is not very reliable, so I tend to enter grocery list items (or whatever) on my phone, and then consult my watch and cross items off while shopping. If you sync your lists with drop box, it's technically possible to see the lists on your pc, but there's no pc client, so you see all the formatting codes etc. when you look at them there, and editing them from a pc takes some technical knowledge.

Here's hoping somebody builds a watch app that syncs with Google Keep one of these days.

I asked the developer of "My Notes" about this issue and he reports that he's working on a standard Android app for Google Tasks which will either have a companion S2 app or sync with "My Notes."
From my perspective, that'd solve the problem and increase the practicality of S2 (or S3) 100%.

I use Vim and Evernote. On my laptop I use Vim to keep a file menu.txt that tracks what is in the freezer, what I plan to cook next week, and stuff I need. I arrange that list according to the order I'll find things in the grocery store, then cut/paste it to Evernote. After anywhere from a minute to a couple hours the Evernote app on my phone gets the updated list.

Evernote is pretty handy. I've got 3 lists: groceries, books, and games. Books is a list of books I want to read, if I'm at a library or used book store I use it to find books. Games is a list of videogames I've already got, which ones I've sold, and which ones I want.

Evernote is an interesting product but, at $35 - $70 per year, I think it is grossly overpriced.

Can I afford it? Yes, of course (and many times over).

Would I pay it? No.
