best for using music

I was wondering what you all thought the best app was for listening to music. I want to put together playlists, etc.

I gave the free trial version of Power Amp a try and liked it so much that I purchased the full version ($4.99 in the market). You have a lot more control over everything from folder management to the EQ. And it looks cool

I guess I'm not that picky I use the OEM gear its function works well and has plenty of options for play lists.

I <3 Winamp! i use winamp on my desktop, so it's really nice for me. wifi sync is great. and i like the playlists feature, how it has a "recently added" folder.

i love the app overall because it seems really well made and well thought out!

Sounds great if you want to be running off of WIFI all of the time.

favorite so far

I used three different programs the last few days, and think I am going to go with Zimly.

The two reasons are:
1- Ease of use. Homescreen widget is very user friendly. The actual app is also fairly easy to use.

2- Longevity. I was able to run for most of the day. Some of the other players had nicer interfaces, but were big battery drains.

i agree that winamp is really good. i also have winamp on my desktop (its one of the best for the desktop) and the wifi sync is great. as far as being on wifi all the time goes, idk why you would be on wifi all the time with winamp? just turn on wifi, sync, turn it of...when you need a sync that is. winamp is great on android.

the only thing tho is the search feature sucks. the exact name of the song u search for is never the first one. its usually around the seventh from the top. hopefully it gets fixed later but its still a solid player that has a good feel to it. the widget is better than the stock widget too.

Winamp. It's the best one I've found, and not just for wireless sync. it really whips the Llama's ass!

Doubletwist is allright too.

edit: just looked it up and found out nullsoft actually used that line to promote winamp inspired by wesley willis....thats hilarious
