Best Gingerbread Sense 3.0 ROM?

Do you have to flash a new radio when using Gingeritis 3D? I have the OTA for the MR2 on the phone now, is that the correct one? When they say you need to wipe before installing a new ROM does that mean a factory wipe of the phone or a data wipe in CWM? Is there anything else I need to know before I install Gingeritis 3D?

I have found Uber Bamf Preview 3 to be the faster overall ROM. The transitions between the screens and the responsiveness is crazy good.

Bamf 3.0 rc 4.9 also works well.

As for BAMF ROMS I tend to notice I get less battery with them.

So far, Gingeritis 3d VI is the ROM I get the best battery from. I tend to have the display on between 1 hr 30 min and 2 hrs and get about 10 Hours of battery on 4G exclusively. I have a cheap 1700 Chinese battery.

After reading about multiple roms I settled on Th3ory SHIFTS3NS3 V1.3
and can tell you it is solid.

The usual Gingerbread hiccups (vm notify) but the rest of it makes me love by T-bolt again. I've found nothing but cosmetic issues and most of the time the devs working this rom are on top of it if we shoot them a post.

I will try this new Rom. For some reason I am getting anywhere between 10 and 15 hours on my phones with the different Roms. I use the phone heavily, about 1.5-2 hours with the display being on and I can never get it to the 1D screen shots I see people posting. I only use 4G though so is this battery time normal?

This is by far the best rom available. Everything works including nfl mobile, my verizon, visual voicemail, still no regular voicemail notifications. It is smooth as butter, fast, and is great at saving the battery. I switch from uber b.a.m.f. then Skyraider Zeus. They were great roms, but nothing compares here. No hiccups, it just works.

I am severely enjoying this as well. Has anyone played with the CandyStor3 app that comes with it yet? Killer mods for just about everything built specifically for this rom. Superb.

I can go from 100% at 1800 hours and still have 65%+ at 0600 hours. This is with email, texting and the above mentioned online usage. Not bad for my taste.

I was in Denver all this last weekend sitting at Denver Health for my little girl and I didn't touch my phone once. I took it off the car charger at 2200 hours with 98%. At 0700 the next morning I was still at 96%

Let?s see a stock phone get anywhere near this. EG

Does Th3ory have the End Call Only bug? (Or is every GB rom subject to both this and the voicemail bug? Voicemail doesn't bother me, but I just got the End Call one running BAMF rc4.9, and it's got me looking at roms again)

I have been using the ROM for a day or so now, and have yet to experience the END CALL bug. I did have one dropped call. But I wasn't sure if that is attributed to the ROM or to the network.

I have tried but when I open one like the battery mod nothing shows up is that because it hasn't been added or did something go wrong. By the way thanks to everyone recommending it

I am partial to the newest Gingeritis rom not the 3d. Also, I am using droidth3ory's new shiftsense 1.4 rom and it is working wonderfully too.

I have yet to receive the end of call error. The VM bug I think is GB related on all platforms

so far for me Gingeritis VII was best. Has the most sense 3 elements. VIII seems to have introduced a lot of bugs for me. I am running Th3ory now and its pretty good but I would like to see more of the latest from sense 3 like the mail etc. Also I like the 3d home screens on Gingeritis.

Gonna give Th3ory a few days and see what I think since I just loaded it up yesterday.

oh, also worth pointing out that nfl mobile and hbo go woke flawlessly for me on Th3ory, which has not been the case on Gingeritis. May have to do with deeper sense 3 integration there, but idk.

I also noticed on SenseRom the phone does NOT get hot at all.
I am using the 2.5 radio and SenseRom 1.4.
