Best international calling app to Taiwan, Vietnam and Philippines?

I run an online business and I have to call my clients overseas often. I am using a Galaxy S3 and looking for an app to call overseas. I mostly call to Taiwan, Vietnam and Philippines. If anyone happens to know any app with good quality and cheap calling rates to these countries, please recommend to me. Thanks.

There are various options such as Skype, Viber, Whatsapp. Skype could be a little expensive, if expense is your concern. Viber is alright, but it requires your clients to have installed Viber... which may not be very professional (to ask a client to install Viber). oh, on a side note, if you call US, magicjack is an option. but here you say you call Taiwan, Vietnam and Philippines. well, then, I'd recommend you to use Global Call as an alternative. For the countries you're calling to, this app charges less than Skype while giving comparable quality. Check it out on Google store.
