Best Moto X Cases

what's the best minimal case which is sticky enough to prevent sliding in most circumstances? looks like the bear motion is a hard rubber. can't tell with the diztronic. i don't mind pocket lint now and then (silcone feel).

(i have an otterbox commuter case for atrix 4g and material is perfect... won't slide at all, even on an incline)

Got the gray/clear supcase for my moto maker turquoise x. Seems really nice so far! The back is definitely frosted; makes it a little lighter in color. I would have preferred all clear, but it doesn't bother me too much. Head on the color is decent, but the more you angle the case, the more frosty gray it looks. Lip above screen is rather small, but still sufficient, and I haven't experienced any swiping issues at all. Buttons work fine. After using the candyshell (which I will be returning), having the dimple is amazing.

How does the Supcase feel in hand?

How does the Supcase feel in hand?
It's not too bulky, I think it looks bigger than it actually is. My only issue is the corners of the tpu are a little sharp. It's not necessarily uncomfortable, just noticeable. I might try and sand them down a bit, though I bet in a while they'll wear down.

I actually really like the cheap Rocketfish Clear Softshell case :) figured getting a colored case is really pointless since this is a custom made phone and that would defeat of using Moto Maker :P

I didn't get a MotoMaker Moto X I just have the regular black one. Makes getting cases much easier.

this is why I got the regular black one too. When I got my Galaxy S3, I got the Garnet Red color...gorgeous, but nearly impossible to find a case for it that actually matched or complemented it. Black is sooo much easier.

Another vote for the In case snap case. I've had it about a week and I've experienced no issues. Its a little slick though so it requires a bit of a tighter grip.

I'm looking at the Puregear GripTek because it looks cool and protects against drops.

Have a Seidio Surface and SupCase but the Puregear Griptek is by far my favorite. I actually took my dremel and made a dimple in the case for my finger, made it even nicer.

The case also fits perfectly with the MimeUSA glass screen protector.

I bought this one and I really like it. I saw it at Best Buy and liked how it felt. I like holding my phone better now. I don't feel like I'm going to drop it now.

I purchased the Slim Quicksand Matte Frosted Bumper Case Cover for Motorola Moto X PHONE XT1055 on eBay for $2.99. It is the same case as the the Bear Motion. Nice case, good feel, great price and free shipping! $2.99 to my door!!

Currently have the supacase and its nice but I am bored. Anyone with the ballistic case?
I got the Ballistic Aspira and SG Maxx...both awesome cases, but have downsides. The Aspiria I have is grey/lime green. Its got a slick finger print magnet back on it and no dimple on back. The SG Maxx is a huge bulky thing but offers great protecting and I love the holster for it. No dimple either. I'm using the supcase still because of these drawbacks. I really just enjoy the supcase blue/clear on my vzw DE...it looks really nice. I get compliments on it often!

Just got this same case for $2.99 and love it!! No dimple but so thin and light with a nice grip and no cheesy logo anywhere. Thanks for the link!!

What the best slim case? I want something thin that it just slides into my pockets but it's a case so its there for when I inevitably drop my Moto X.

I've had good luck with this case:

Amazon.com: Hyperion Motorola Moto X Phone Matte TPU Case and Screen Protector (Compatible with Sprint Motorola Moto X Phone / XFON XT1056, and AT&T Motorola X Phone / XFON XT1058, and Verizon Wireless Moto X Phone) **Hyperion Retail Packaging** [2 Y

It's slim and unobtrusive, but feels like it would provide decent protection in a fall. It comes with a screen protector, but I'm confident in the Gorilla Glass and I never carry anything in the same pocket as my phone. The case provides a good grip and still slides into my pocket easily and it gives a nice offset to protect the screen if you set the phone face down. The only hiccup so far is that it is a little tough to manipulate the power and volume buttons. You have to be deliberate with it, but with the Moto X's Active Notifications, I seldom use the power button.
