Best OS for Note 3?

My note 3 is a couple of years old now and it still works great, but I fancy a change for the stock samsung bloatware,jfyi phone is carrier free and unlocked?

That's a very personal thing. Look at XDA Forums and see if you can find a ROM you like. (I actually prefer KitKat, and I've reverted to it.)
