Question Best Phone Display Tier List?

What's your top 5 or 10 recommended best phone display tier list?

I'm looking to upgrade because my Samsung Galaxy note 9 is kinda messed up. I'm not looking to spend too much money but I am hoping the next phones display is better than the note 9.

The ones I'm going to recommend are flagship Devices so probably out your price range, any chance you can stop in a carrier store or cell phone shop to check them on displays to gauge it better in person that way you can see the price at the same time.
