Best S21 Deals Going into the Holidays

I am in the market for an upgrade for me and a couple of family members. I'd prefer to stay in the Samsung fold, but as of today, the only really great deal that I can find is for the Pixel 6 through my carrier T-Mobile. With trade-in, the Pixel 6 is just $299, which makes it really hard to justify the current "discounted" S21 from Samsung, which is about twice that.

Does Black Friday usually result in deeper discounts?

Are there retailers or sites that I should keep my eye on for sales?

What device are you trading in? T-Mobile has a trade in promo where you can get 400 off depending on your trade in which will make the S21 399. That is considering you're looking for the regular S21.

I'd be trading in an S10+.

Other family members have S8's.

I'll take another look at the T-Mobile offering as of today.

Yes all those devices give you 400 off. 800 if you have one of their premium data plans.

With the S22 coming up soon, the S21 getting to the end of it's marketing cycle, and the advent of the Holidays, I am hoping for some discounts that will make me jump to a few new phones for the family.
