I have "secured" my Galaxy S6 Edge with the Pattern lock. I thought, "Hey this is cool. Non-one can access anything unless they know the pattern". However a friend of mine showed me how, even in a locked down state you can still pull down the screen and get to settings. What was really disturbing is that you can even change the "mobile data" setting which is need to track the device. So if it is stolen, all the thief has to do is pull down the settings, swipe across to mobile data and disable it. No more tracking.
Does anyone know of a setting or an app that absolutely shuts the device down from an action whatsoever.
Thanks
