Tons of options out there! The most popular one is definitely Lapse It. Another interesting contestant is Microsoft's Hyperlapse (currently in Beta for Android).

I just played around with TimeLapse. It's free, and does just what it says. No ads, no additional functions, and it took me about 2 seconds to figure it out. If you don't have ES File Explorer installed, you have to share with your cloud account, or save it some other way, because there's no "save" function, but that's a minor point. (With ES, you just choose the folder and share to it and the video is saved.)
I recommend Timelapse app from triladroid for timelapse videos. It is very simple and captures timelapse at 3 different speeds. Can't post links here, but you will easily find it on Google Play.
