best value phone on Verizon?

I have a Moto E 2nd gen on Verizon Pre-Paid but am thinking of getting something nicer with more RAM, nicer screen, newer Android version, etc..

I can afford up to $15 a month (on their new payment plan style of getting a device). I don't care what brand. I prefer to go $12 a month or less, but up to $15 is fine.

The Moto z was $424ish from best buy, I would wait for that,even though it is slightly over your budget.

If you must buy something in the price range then I would say the s5 cpo for $312. I am not recommending it though due to it being over 2 years old but... If $15/mo ($360) is your hard cap then that's the best you're going to get. The Moto z is a way better choice though for not much more when on sale

The Moto Z Play is $17/month.

It is a great phone but it isn't a Verizon phone which removes insurance from my line
