What's the best video chat app for HTC One X? New to Android...

in my experience its skype and you can use viber as well but it supports voice only...hope this helps

i personally use Tango. it's really simple to use and connects to callers quickly.
but my second choice would be Skype since a lot of people use skype so you may have more friends that use that.

Everyone I know has Google Talk. Comes pre installed. Works fine.

Skype! I just used it yesterday and it works like a champ! Plus its free and it can be used by the PC too. Just in case the party you wanna talk too does not have a great phone or wireless connection. Cant beat the old PC IMO! Yet anyways!
